The raunchy show was a big hit and ran for five years until Kendra’s departure in 2009. She left the Playboy mansion after meeting and falling in love with American football star Hank Baskett. This led to a spin-off reality show for E! simply titled Kendra. The couple married at the Playboy Mansion in June 2009. Rumours former lover Hugh Hefner would give Kendra away didn’t transpire. Kendra’s brother actually walked her down the aisle in a ceremony which US Weekly paid $120,000 to exclusively photograph. The Kendra show was E!’s highest rated series since The Anna Nicole Show in 2002. It would run for three seasons.
