The man who set reality tv star Kendra Wilkinson on the road to fame and fortune would no doubt be proud. And not just of the Kendra Wilkinson sex tape! Cali girl Kendra Wilkinson was just 18 and living in a cheap apartment when she was hired to appear at Hef’s 78th birthday party in April 2004. Together the three girls became the stars of E!’s hit reality series The Girls Next Door. It documented the lives of Hugh Hefner’s mini harem at his Hollywood mansion. Kendra Wilkinson jumped at the chance to move in, but maintains she had no idea the offer involved a sexual relationshion with Hef.<\/p>\n

“I was like, ‘Hell yeah, I’m here!’ I was living in this small-ass apartment with this ugly-ass bitch. I was praying for anything to get me out of there. I moved in and weeks went by and I didn’t know that sex was involved. I knew nothing about Playboy. I’d just graduated high school,” Kendra recalled. She was a fast learner, mind!<\/p>\n

The raunchy show was a big hit and ran for five years until Kendra’s departure in 2009. She left the Playboy mansion after meeting and falling in love with American football star Hank Baskett. This led to a spin-off reality show for E! simply titled Kendra<\/em>. The couple married at the Playboy Mansion in June 2009. Rumours former lover Hugh Hefner would give Kendra away didn’t transpire. Kendra’s brother actually walked her down the aisle in a ceremony which US Weekly paid $120,000 to exclusively photograph. The Kendra show was E!’s highest rated series since The Anna Nicole Show<\/em> in 2002. It would run for three seasons.<\/p>\n
